Pilates classes focus on proper breathing and alignment and will help you develop core strength, endurance, flexibility and will help you improve your posture and develop long lean muscles. The class combines classical pilates exercises in flowing sequences and will help you progress from simple exercises to more advanced variations seamlessly. Beginners will have the option to stay with foundation exercises while the more advanced will be able to feel challenged.
